Day Hikes

Accessible Adventure

These adventures will involve trails that are mostly level, but still offer that wow factor! Because they are trails, boardwalks, or paved walkways, there will be sections with short inclines, or rough patches. Please notify us of any special requirements as this may affect transportation and point of interest stops. These trips vary depending on walking speed. Time does not include commute time as pick up locations differ.

Hunters Bay Trail- Approx. 2 hours

This trail is a beautiful path around the Hunters Bay area, followed by a stop in town for a lookout across the greater area. Suitable for all ages and accessibility requirements.

Easy Hikes

These trails will provide you with an easy hike and great views. Also, they will have a some elevation gain and moderate terrain. There are rocks and roots on the trail, hiking shoes are suggested.

Limberlost Solitaire Trail- Approx. 2-4 hours

Limberlost Conservation Area has many trails and points of interest to offer. The drive is certainly worth the drive. With amazing boardwalks and looks outs. Close to Algonquin, so expect a longer commute

Moderate Hikes

These hikes will have more elevation gain and tougher route. This may include steep inclines, hopping over the occasional downed tree, and crossing water/mud via logs. This will be longer in duration but the adventure is worth it.

Hardy Lake Long Loop Trail- Approx. 2-3 hours

Hardy lake is a pristine trail with beautiful views and boardwalks. This trail will take you through the sprawling forests and circle the entire lake. This will be a longer walk so we will take advantage of the lovely sitting areas available.

Huckleberry Lookout- Approx. 1-2 hours

Huckleberry Lookout is a great lookout located just outside of Bracebridge that includes a few steep inclines and a lookout over Muskoka Lake. This area really shows the Canadian Shield that makes up most of Muskoka, and unique topography the region is known for.
